Travel Product Recommendations

Below are products that I use when traveling.   I hope you find them as helpful as I do.

This adapter has been very helpful on many of my trips.  I like that you can plug in more than one item and has USP ports as well.
Be sure to check before leaving what types of plugs are needed for where you are traveling.
Here is another option:
  • SkinnyDipped Dark Chocolate Cocoa Almonds  These are great for snacks at home or on trips.  I keep some in my carry on to help when the food situation is uncertain and I get hungry.  A small portion that is sometimes just right.

This item is helpful if you have issues with constipation when traveling.  Which is something I have struggled with.  I just put this in some water and drank each day and did not have any issues on my recent trip.  Of course, this works at home as well.  :)
I have started liking a cup of decaf coffee at night.  This helps keep me from wanting to eat more late at night.  One thing you will not find in hotels when traveling are packets of decaf instant in your hotel rooms.  Having packs like this and the one below really helps with those evening wind downs.  It also comes in handy when you want to eat some dessert brought back to your room or even in a restaurant.
Another very helpful item to have when travelling is a no-calorie sweetener.  My favorite is Splenda.  Very few hotels or restaurants have this available.  Or they don't know what you are asking for.  I have gotten some traction when asking for saccharine.  They come in very tiny tablets.
